Champagne, II
1.
Rim the glass with the juice of the orange slice and dip into the white sugar.
2.
In a mixing glass with ice, stir the liquid ingredients until chilled.
3.
Strain into the glass and garnish with the orange peel that has been wrapped around the inside of the glass rim.
- ⅞ measure Brandy
- ⅛ measure Maraschino liqueur
- ½ tsp Curaçao
- ¼ measures Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 slice Orange
- Rim White sugar
