1.
										Fill blender about 1/4 full with ice.
									2.
										Add all ingredients to blender.
									3.
										Blend to a smooth consistency.
									4.
										Serve in either a hurricane glass or a tall glass or goblet.
									5.
										Garnish with a pineapple spear is optional.
									- 1 ½ measures Light rum
 - 3 measures Coconut cream
 - 6 measures Pineapple juice
 - 1 frozen ripe Banana
