1.
Blend all of the liquid ingredient, sans milk and chocolate bitters, in a blender with ¼ of the chocolate doughnut.

Pour in the milk to curdle and let sit for five minutes.

Strain mixture through a coffee filter, or similar, into your glass with ice.
4.
Add the dashes of chocolate bitters on top and serve with the rest of the doughnut.
- 4 measures Irish whiskey
- 1 Chocolate doughnut
- ½ measures Maple syrup
- 10 dashes Coffee bitters
- 1 tsp Citric acid solution
- ⅔ measures Milk
- 4 dashes Chocolate bitters
